Shipping & Handling Charges
A $2.00 handling charge is applied to all orders. Next-Day orders
after 3 pm on Fridays will be held until the following Monday for shipment.
Use Priority Mail for quicker delivery.
Our preferred shipping is US Priority Mail. Delivery time
for these packages is usually 2-3 days anywhere in the USA but sometimes take
longer. Customers using a PO BOX must choose US Mail for their shipping
method.
Use UPS Ground for heavier shipments.
UPS Ground shipments from Nevada to the East Coast
may take 7 to 8 days to arrive. UPS NEXT-DAY-AIR orders
must be received prior to 3 PM PST to be shipped the same day. Orders
received after 3PM PST ship the next business day. Weekend
UPS orders will ship on Monday or the next available business day.
There is NO SATURDAY DELIVERY FOR UPS 2nd-Day and Next-Day Air packages.

DUPLICATE CUSTOMERS (Same Household)
All customers orders are verified against our database to assure
that duplicates are not created. Should someone create another account,
from the same household, using second e-mail address,then any BONUS chosen
with that order would be invalid and thus is NOT shipped with the present
order.
SECONDARY BONUSES
If a customer wishes to receive an secondary bonus for another family member
or pet who LIVES OUTSIDE THEIR HOUSEHOLD, then those customers
should contact us directly by phone to make such arrangements. We always
try to honor a reasonable request, but the ‘One Bonus per Household’ rule
always applies. There is NO way within our automated online system to apply
bonuses to repeat orders.
