STORY IN PROGRESS
MAY 2008
Nani is our 6 year old white German shepherd.
When we moved out to the country two years ago I began
to notice hot spots developing on her skin and she was
constantly chewing herself until she made herself bleed.
I would get to the point I would have her cleared up but
then another outbreak would occur. Each time was worse
than the last until she got to the point about 6 months
ago that it was out of control. She became lethargic, losing
a great deal of weight and hair. Her joints were so sore
that all she did was stand. She would sleep standing up
and her constant chewing of herself was making the situation
worse. She was literally eating herself alive. She had
big open sores and a smelly oozing was coming from her
sores. The ooze would solidify and turn black and she was
miserable. Plus, almost all her hair fell out.
I was not sure if it was and environmental reaction or
a food or flea allergy. I took her to the vet and was told
it was a flea allergy. She was on Sentinel, so I was not
so agreeable on the flea allergy diagnosis. At that time
they gave her cortisone injections but it did not help.
The vet gave up and said I should put her down.
I
did not want to put her down and starting looking online.
I found your site and ordered the NZYMES® Large
Yeast-kit and on March 31, 2008. I began her treatment,
changed her dog food and started spraying her with a 50/50
mixture of apple cider vinegar and water every time she
came in from outside and when I saw her scratching. I bathed
her at least twice a week. As of today, May 28, 2008 (2
months of treatment) she is almost recovered. Her hair
is growing back, just a few healing sores and her skin
looks great now. She is not chewing herself anymore. She
is more active and back to her normal chasing the cats
around house and has put all her weight back on.
Thanks NZYMES®!.
I think if it were not for finding your site and ordering
your product and taking the advice you have here I would
have had to put Nani down.

UPDATE 6/10/08 : In the middle of the program
I had switched Nani to Maxximus food from Wal-Mart, but
I did notice that she started breaking out a little more
on her middle back with that food. So I have her
on Natura now and will keep her on it. I am so thankful for
your site and products. I feel it it were not for your products
I would have already put her down, she was miserable and
it was painful for me to see her like she was. She is now
happy, healthier, has put her weight back on and back to
chasing the cats.
Thanks
so much!!
Marie
